It was a natural stop on the way to Blogger integration. Now you can publish your stories/images from a Here&Near folder to Picasa:
As you can see images description (we more and more tend to name them stories now) is transferred to Picasa. Currently we don’t attach geo information to photo, but that will be available with a soon coming pro-upgrade to Here&Near.
